The Madison District Classroom Teachers' Association became a local affiliate of the Arizona Education Association in 1954.
For more than fifty years, teachers of the Madison School District have joined and supported each other in MDCTA.
During Interest Based Negiotiations for teacher salary, benefits, and working conditions, the MDCTA is the only organization recognized by the Madison School District.
Your membership in MDCTA also gives you membership in the Arizona Education Association (AEA) and the National Education Association (NEA) so you can enjoy full membership and benefits.
